Ethos and PrinciplesHonest

One of the core health care principles for anyone seeking advice on their health is honesty.  All enquiries and questions will be answered fully in language you will understand, and explained in a more detailed manner if needed.

If we cannot help your condition, we will tell you, and refer you onto another professional if required.

We will always tell you the likelihood of success, and the expected timeframe of treatment to allow you to plan your visits to see us.

Practical

Busy people need simple and easy to follow instructions and management programs.  The management programs prescribed to you will be simple and not overly time consuming.

We are located in an easily accessible location for people of all ages.

The Headache & Pain Management Centre strives for punctuality – its means that we can help more patients, and you are able to plan your visit to us with certainty.

Ethical

We only use the most up-to-date and successful treatment methodologies – tailored to your individual symptoms and circumstances.  All staff have been trained by the Global Education of Manual Therapists Group, completed varying levels of coursework from the Watson Headache Institute (please see our staff page for more details) and have access to mentoring and continuing professional development.

We are all members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, and our staff are also members associated sub-branches – the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Association, Sports Physiotherapy Association and Women’s Health Group, so that we are able to keep abreast of the latest treatment methods.
