1. There is Neck Pain associated with the Headache or Migraine attack
2. The pain of the Headache or Migraine can change sides between or during attacks - ie. left sometimes and right sometimes
3. You've had the headaches and migraines for over 6 months, and had it checked by a Doctor
4. The CT and MRI Scans are Normal (if you've had them)

If you don't have Private Health Insurance, it's only $59 - it's usually $229.
